What is it?

Echinacea is a flower that has been used for medicinal purposes by native American Indians for hundreds of years. There are many varieties of echinacea but after a large amount of research we found that the whole-plant extract of the purpurea/purple coneflower is the most nutritionally beneficial.

Dosage and serving suggestions

We always recommend consulting a registered herbal practitioner, but a common suggested dose is 3-12 drops drops in water three times a day.
