Our organic sunflower seeds are grown without the use of pesticides or artificial fertilisers in Hungary and are certified organic by the soil association. So many nuts are grown using these nasties and they do show up when tested.
Organic sunflower seeds contain immune system and energy level boosting nutrients. They’re also especially high in vitamin E, selenium (which is fairly hard to find in foods), zinc and manganese so they’re nutritionally dense.

Suggested use:
The suggested serving size is 1/4 cup, it’s worth bearing in mind that sunflower seeds are fairly rich in fats so it’s good not to exceed this amount. We eat them often :)
