How to Make an Amazing Green Smoothie
It’s often challenging to get the super-greens down one’s gullet – I have found that making a mix with fruit & leaves, makes for a much better way to get those essential greens down. . . In fact in makes it a pleasure!!
Just bung everything in your blender!!!
Ingredients:
1 banana (frozen ahead of time into chunks)
1 big handful of spinach – about 1½ cups
1 cup of Hemp Milk (see recipe) or unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp. Spirulina Powder
1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
