Organic sea lettuce is a light green seaweed/algae which can be found worldwide. Sea lettuce is renowned for having a large range of health benefits and is one of the most nutritionally dense seaweeds available. It’s also rich in essential fatty acids, polysaccharides, vitamins, minerals and nutrients which makes our sea lettuce a tasty and nutritious ingredient to keep in your kitchen.
Organic sea lettuce has a distinctly delicious umami flavour and is a great one to add to sauces, soups, broths and salads. As it is a dried ingredient it will last for a good long while in your cupboard, simply rehydrate as needed.

Suggested use:
Organic sea lettuce can be used in soups, stews and broths. You can also use it in salads as it has a distinct and delicious flavour.
Rehydrate for 30 mins in warm water, then add to salad, soups or add to stir fry.
