1. Damaged Goods
All our items are carefully packed by hand, but should your order get damaged whilst in transit please contact Detox Trading on 01364 388917 or email email@example.com
We will either replace the damaged item, subject to availability, or refund the cost of the goods/offer credit for your next order.
For all damage claims we require photographic proof of any damage. This must include a photo of the damaged product, the box or jiffy bag including the shipping label. These steps must be taken before a refund or replacement can be issued.
2. Returning Goods
You have the statutory right to return items for a refund.
If you wish to return any goods for reasons other than defects or damage, we will only issue a refund once the goods are returned to us undamaged, unopened and in a saleable condition. All refunds will be issued less the original postage cost.
All original postage and packing costs are paid for by the customer, the return postage is also the responsibility of the customer unless you have received the wrong item or a product is faulty. 3. Oops we made a mistake
If we have made an error on your order please contact us and we will dispatch a replacement item or items to you, subject to availability. We reserve the right to refund you in the event that the goods are no longer available or we are unable to deliver a replacement.
All refunds and replacements are at our discretion and subject to availability.
