This policy applies to goods purchased via our online store.
1. Damaged in Transit Items
All our items are carefully packed by hand, but should your order be damaged whilst in transit, or you are unhappy with the item please contact Detox Trading at 01454 319949 or email [email protected], explaining the situation and the reason for your return request. We will then either replace the damaged or dissatisfied item at no additional cost to you or we will refund you the cost of the goods or offer a credit on your next order.
This will be at our discretion and subject to availability.
We reserve the right to ask you to either return the damaged/unwanted items immediately or provide additional evidence of the damage such as a photograph, before a refund or replacement is sent out.
2. Returning Goods
Customers have their statutory right to return the products and get a refund.
If you wish to return any ordered goods to Detox Trading for reasons other than defects or damage in transit, we will only issue a refund if the goods are returned to us undamaged, unopened and in a saleable condition. However as we have already spent postage to ship the products to you, and such postage is not refundable to us by our Couriers and Royal Mail, we won’t refund any postage you paid.
3. If the Error is Our Fault
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will dispatch a replacement item or items to you at no further cost, subject to availability. We reserve the right to refund you in the event that the goods are no longer available or we are unable to deliver the replacement we will offer a credit to the value off your next order.
In all other circumstances where Detox Trading is not at fault, then the delivery charges will be your responsibility.
