Earth Lift – Matcha Mushroom Latte
We’ve wanted to create this product for years, a delicious powdered matcha latte hot drink blend with the addition of three of our most popular medicinal mushrooms. The result is a tasty and healthy twist on a modern classic hot drink.
We’ve left a sweetener out of the recipe so that you can choose how sweet you want your matcha mushroom latte to be. We’ve been drinking this Earth Lift in our office and most prefer to add a teaspoon of our raw agave syrup per cup as a starting point.

Matcha has complex flavours that can be earthy, umami, slight bitterness, natural sweetness and mild nuttiness – the addition of coconut milk, MCT and mushrooms adds further complexity and a silky mouthfeel.

- Matcha Powder: Known for its vibrant green colour and earthy flavour, matcha is rich in antioxidants, providing a gentle caffeine boost and a sense of calm focus.
- Coconut Milk Powder: A rich, creamy addition that enhances the latte’s flavour and texture while providing healthy fats and a touch of tropical sweetness.
- Lion’s Mane: This mushroom has gained popularity for its potential cognitive-boosting properties. It may help support memory, focus, and overall brain health.
- Turkey Tail: Recognised for its immune-boosting properties, turkey tail is packed with antioxidants and beta-glucans, which can contribute to your overall well-being.
- Cordyceps Sinensis Powder: Cordyceps is known for its potential to increase endurance and vitality. It’s often used by athletes and active individuals to enhance performance.
- Coconut MCT Powder: Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) derived from coconuts and has been linked to boosting energy and endurance and improving memory and concentration. These amazing oils also add to the mouthfeel!
The ingredients of this product have been tested for heavy metals, e.coli, yeast, mould, salmonella and foreign matter. This product contains no bulking agents, added sugar, palm oil or GMO.
Serving suggestion:
Use 2 heaped teaspoons (approx 8g) per cup, feel free to increase or decrease to taste. Heat up your milk of choice (or steam if you have a milk steamer), add a splash of milk to the powder and mix well to a smooth consistency. Add the remainder of your hot milk and stir. Earth Lift can also be made with any proportion of hot water and milk (we like using 100% milk for an extra delicious drink, oat milk tastes particularly good!).
