Nettles are native to Europe but are found worldwide in abundance. Our organic nettle powder is made from 100% organically grown nettle leaves that are dried and powdered to a coarse consistency at low temperatures to preserve nutritional integrity.

Nettles have been used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years, some estimate as far back as 3000 BCE (the Bronze Age). Some of the possible benefits are as an anti-inflammatory, and as kidney health support (as it acts as a diuretic).
Our organic nettle powder is chlorophyl-rich and highly nutritious, with very high iron and vitamin C that aids absorption. Nettle powder is also used to treat muscle and joint pain.
At Detox Trading we sell a large variety of nutritious green powders.
