This is an amazing product to add to a hot bath, the best way to get more of these minerals is to bathe in them! We absorb the minerals found in epsom salts best through the skin.

Suggested use of Epsom Salts:

  For detox purposes use 1-2 cups per bath.
  Soak for minimum 20 minutes, rest afterwards for a minimum of 15 minutes.
  Bathe with the salts at least 1-2 times a week.
 You can add some essential oils of your choise.
  Can also be used for a relaxing foot bath.
  Do not mix with soap.
