Chilcuagué Tincture (Gold Root) – 30ml
This Chilcuague Tincture (pronounced Chill-kwag-way) is an incredible product, you simply have to experience its effect. When sprayed under the tongue it stimulates the saliva glands and nerve endings leaving you with a super fresh feeling mouth. Remember those ridiculously sour sweets that have you salivating? Well that’s probably the closest comparison we can think of, except the effect of chilcuague lasts for 5-10 minutes! Extracted from the rare golden root in Mexico and is the highest strength version we’ve ever seen.
This is an abnormally strong version of chilcuague – it is a 2% extract (1:70 ratio) from the pure concentrate. The highest we’ve ever seen elsewhere is 1:100.
It is best sprayed on or under the tongue or used topically (avoiding sensitive areas). Avoid spraying at the back of the throat. Check the full warning at the bottom of this page.

What is it?
Chilcuague Tincture is an extract made from a rare plant found in Mexico called gold root. Our gold root is sustainably cultivated as part of a community driven project in Guanajuanto, Mexico, where the work is carried out with the highest ethical degree.
The plants are grown without the use of pesticides or artificial fertilisers, the work is all carried out manually and production is done with integrity and through the use of traditional techniques.
It is antibacterial, analgesic, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory and even an insectide, this plant does it all. Sprayed under the tongue it’s great for oral health, leaving you with a very clean feeling mouth. People also use Chilcuague for teeth whitening, toothaches, sore throat and clearing sinuses. It numbs pain and simultaneously boosts the immune system with its wealth of alkamides (the active ingredient in Echinacea).
Also the stimulation of your saliva glands causes a release of endorphins, the experience is like nothing else!
How is it made?
The chilcuague root is harvested from the mountains of central Mexico and then dried. The raw root is soaked in 30% alcohol solution for 6-9 months, strained and then bottled.
It is not recommended during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
Dosage and serving suggestions for Chilcuague Tincture
1 spray under tongue. It’s important to only spray Chilcuague Tincture on or under the tongue or topically on non-sensitive areas. It’s best to avoid spraying at the back of the throat.
