The graviola tree (Annona muricata), also known as soursop, is found in tropical regions of South America, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia. The leaves, fruit, root, stem and bark of the graviola tree have all traditionally been used for their various therapeutic properties. Our Graviola powder is made from the leaves.

Graviola powder (soursop) contains many bioactive compounds including a rich supply of anti-oxidants, in particular, Coenzyme Q10. Anti-oxidants can help to prevent oxidative stress within the body.
Graviola is also a good source of vitamin C, dietary fibre and minerals including potassium, magnesium, thiamine, niacin, riboflavin, folate and iron, all of which can contribute to overall health and improved immunity.

Suggested use of Graviola powder:
Graviola can have a cleansing effect on the stomach, therefore it is recommended to take it in a phased manner so the body adjusts accordingly.
Take ¼ to ½ teaspoon 2-3 times a day. Mix with juices, teas, smoothies or yoghurt.
