Organic Cacao Liquor Paste
Organic Cacao Liquor Paste is made when organic cacao beans are placed under pressure and the cacao bean mass (nibs) is turned to liquid at just over 100°f. On cooling, the cacao paste hardens to a solid block and is solid at room temperature.
