What is Myrrh?
Myrrh is a resin derived from the Commiphora tree, native to regions of Africa and the Middle East. When harvested, the resin is dried and used for a variety of purposes, including in tinctures, oils, and incense. Known for its earthy, aromatic scent, myrrh has been prized for its anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and healing properties for thousands of years.

Dosage and serving suggestions
