Goji Berry Powder, Banana & Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups plain, vanilla almond or hemp milk (see recipe below)
½ cup water
1 sliced banana (fairly ripe/overripe is best)
1 cup strawberries
2 tbsp. of Goji Berries Powder
2 tbsp. whole flax seed – Try Chia Seeds instead!
¼ tap. cinnamon (optional)


Preparation:
1) Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and whiz for a few minutes to make sure flax seeds are pulverized and well incorporated.
Makes 2 medium-large smoothies.
