Peach & Coconut Water – Green Summer Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups spinach, fresh
1 cup coconut water
2 cups grapes
2 peaches
Preparation:
Blend spinach and coconut water until smooth.
Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.
A wonderful summer slightly sweet green smoothie. If you want it sweeten it just add a banana, which also adds more potassium.
