Crock and Cole Devon roots kimchi is produced in Totnes, Devon and is made by fermenting the lactic acid from the ingredients into the amazing probiotic bacterial strains, enzymes and acids that are so good for your digestive system.

Devon roots kimchi is always made from a mixture of in-season vegetables – savoy, tundra or napa cabbage; turnips, radish or kohlrabi, cauliflower or romanesco, gochugarru chilli flakes, garlic, ginger, onion and unrefined sea salt.
The classic base ingredients of Kimchi, wherever possible from local & organic farms so the quality is phenomenal.
The bioactive substance in ginger is called gingerol, which is known for its potent anti-inflammatory properties, for nausea relief and as a digestive aid. The presence of gingerol is believed to explain why so many people with osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis experience reductions in pain levels and improvements in mobility when they consume ginger regularly.
