Recipe for MacaChino – a hot frothy affair!


2 heaped teaspoons of Maca Powder
1 Cut of Hot Water – just off the boil.
A squeeze of Agave, or 1 tbsp of Coconut Palm Sugar.
Leave to soak for 5 mins.
I whisk it up in a top loading smoothie bender till its froths.
